There is enough medicine in just one oral DiFLUCAN One capsule to penetrate into the vaginal tissues and fluids and treat vaginal thrush. Even though you only take one capsule, DiFLUCAN One stays at the site and keeps working on the infection for 3 days.
How much DiFLUCAN One do I need to take?
The DiFLUCAN One treatment for vaginal thrush is one capsule.
When will DiFLUCAN One provide relief from thrush?

Is there anyone who should not take DiFLUCAN One?
Do not use DiFLUCAN One:
. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding .
. If you are allergic to DiFLUCAN One or any other thrush treatment.

. If you are taking any other medicines.
. Have a history of liver, heart or kidney disease.
. Have had thrush more than twice in the last 6 months.
Does DiFLUCAN One have any side effects?
DiFLUCAN One contains fluconazole, a well tolerated anti-fungal with a low incidence of side effects. The most common side effects are:
- Nausea
- Headache
- Stomach pain
- Indigestion
- Diarrhoea
These side effects are usually mild and short-lived. You should consult your Doctor if you notice any of these symptoms and they worry you.
